Farm Cultural Park, during the inauguration of the exhibition “City Rebels, stories of urban rebellion”, held in Favara, Sicily, officially recognized the founder of the Mateureka Museum in Pennabilli, prof. Renzo Baldoni, as “urban rebels” for having dedicated his life and his studies to the dissemination of scientific and cultural themes aimed above all at young people and for making Mateureka a motor of culture and a site of excellence for dissemination.
The characteristics of urban rebels are: “vision, freedom, courage, sense of challenge; they usually act individually, rarely mediate with power. They make impossible and unimaginable works that pass through history, rebels are born”.
The “rebel” was in the company of a qualified representative of the Valmarecchia Foundation, who went to Favara to build joint projects and promote synergies between Sicily and Valmarecchia.
